Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026 (draft)
1. Scope
This English version is a translation for your convenience. In case of differences, the German version prevails.
These terms apply to the use of the Longrove app (web and apps). The provider is Renco GmbH, Bannstrasse 2, 6312 Steinhausen, Switzerland (“Longrove”, “we”). By registering, you accept these terms.
2. Our offer
Longrove helps you put small habits into practice in the areas of movement, sleep, nutrition, stress and recovery, and social connection. The programme consists of consecutive 4-week packages. The Mindset pillar and the Nutrition programme are included in the subscription (see sections 6 and 7).
The life clock and the “potential” are based on statistical averages and studies. They are not a personal forecast.
3. No health check, no guarantee
Longrove is not a health check and not a medical service. The app makes no diagnosis, does not measure your state of health and does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic advice or treatment. The balance check is purely a self-assessment of your habits.
Everyone starts from different conditions. Longrove’s aim is to anchor habits in everyday life. In the best case, this can contribute to greater well-being. However, we give no guarantee for this and promise neither a particular result nor a particular effect.
Check new exercise, nutrition or cold routines with a doctor beforehand, in particular if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, have cardiovascular complaints or take medication. Listen to your body and stop an exercise if you feel unwell.
In an emergency, call the local emergency number immediately (Switzerland 144, EU 112) or see a doctor.
4. Account
To use Longrove you need an account and must be at least 18 years old. Your details must be true.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
5. Conclusion of contract and order
The presentation of subscriptions in the app is not yet a binding offer. Before you order, we show you a summary with product, price, term, renewal, trial and cancellation options. By clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer to conclude the contract. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order in the app.
You can find your orders with date and time at any time in the app under Subscription, My orders.
Longrove can be used and ordered worldwide, unless legal restrictions (e.g. sanctions or local regulations) prevent this. You can order if you are at least 18 years old. You state your country of residence when registering; it determines the currency, the value added tax and the right of withdrawal.
6. Subscription, trial and prices
After registering you can try Longrove free of charge for 7 days. After that, your chosen subscription runs. If you live in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, prices are in CHF; if you live in any other country, prices are in EUR (same amount):
• Monthly subscription: CHF or EUR 14.90 per month. The packages completed so far and the current package are unlocked.
• Annual subscription: CHF or EUR 89.– per year. All packages are unlocked.
• Included in the subscription at no extra charge: the Nutrition programme and the Mindset pillar (Mindset from the Spross package).
All prices are final prices including the value added tax (VAT) legally due in your country of residence, where it applies. The subscription renews automatically for the same term unless you cancel before it ends (section 8). Amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata on cancellation; the right of withdrawal under section 9 remains reserved.
You can switch from the monthly to the annual subscription at any time; the remaining term is credited. A switch back applies from the next period.
If you buy via the App Store or Google Play, payment, renewal and cancellation take place via your account with Apple or Google; their terms apply in addition.
We may adjust prices for future periods and will inform you in good time beforehand.
7. Nutrition programme
Nutrition is included in the subscription at no extra charge and is available only with an active subscription. You can pause Nutrition at any time. During the pause the week counter stands still and you decide when to continue. Cancellation of the subscription follows section 8.
Nutrition contains general suggestions for everyday life and is not nutritional counselling. It makes no diagnosis and does not replace medical advice. In case of allergies, intolerances, pre-existing conditions, pregnancy or medication, speak beforehand with a doctor or a qualified nutrition professional. The self-check is purely a self-assessment of your habits and not an assessment of your health.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel any contract at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; until then you can keep using Longrove. For this there is the button “Cancel contracts here” in the app, on the sign-in page and in the profile. You do not need to log in. You choose the contract, enter your name and email address and confirm with “Cancel now”. We confirm receipt with date and time and the end date of the contract.
For consumers living outside Switzerland: after the initial term (1 month or 12 months), the subscription renews for an indefinite period and can then be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice.
Your statutory right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
9. Withdrawal
For persons living in Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online subscriptions. The free trial gives you the opportunity to try Longrove before buying.
Withdrawal notice for consumers living outside Switzerland (in particular in the EU, the EEA and the United Kingdom). We grant this right of withdrawal to all consumers outside Switzerland, whether or not it is required by law there:
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Renco GmbH, Bannstrasse 2, 6312 Steinhausen, Switzerland, email: info@longrove.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You can do this in the app with the button “Withdraw from contract” or by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you have requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. You confirm this request expressly in the order process.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract): To Renco GmbH, Bannstrasse 2, 6312 Steinhausen, Switzerland, info@longrove.ch. I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the provision of the following service (*): [name of the subscription or add-on]. Ordered on (*): [date]. Name of consumer(s): [name]. Address of consumer(s): [address]. Date: [date]. (*) Delete as appropriate.
In the app under Subscription, My orders, you can see whether an order can still be withdrawn.
10. Use of the content
All content of the app (texts, images, videos, programmes) is protected by copyright. You may use it only for your personal use within the app. Passing on, copying or commercial use is not permitted.
11. Availability and technical risks
We strive for availability that is as uninterrupted as possible, but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, technical faults or failures of service providers may cause interruptions.
Despite appropriate security measures, risks on the internet can never be fully excluded, such as hacker attacks, malware, unauthorised access by third parties, data loss or disruptions at network operators, hosting providers and other service providers. You use the app at your own risk. Protect your device and password carefully.
We accept no liability for damage resulting from such technical risks or from attacks by third parties that we could not prevent despite appropriate security measures, to the extent legally permitted. This does not apply if we caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence, and it does not apply to injury to life, body or health.
12. Liability
You use the content and recommendations at your own responsibility. We accept no liability for the occurrence of any particular result or well-being. We are liable only for damage that we have caused intentionally or through gross negligence; any further liability is excluded to the extent legally permitted. Mandatory statutory liability remains reserved. This applies in particular to damage resulting from injury to life, body or health and, for consumers outside Switzerland, to the breach of essential contractual obligations and under mandatory product liability rules.
13. Suspension and termination
You can have your account deleted at any time. We may suspend or delete an account in case of misuse or breach of these terms.
14. Changes
We may amend these terms. We will inform you in the app beforehand about material changes. If you continue to use Longrove afterwards, the new terms apply.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Steinhausen. For consumers living in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence and the mandatory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.
